03 / How the solution works
The treatment train uses physical differences and staged barriers to separate chips, fines, settled solids, free oil, and selected contaminants from a reusable process fluid.
Suction and coarse separation protect the downstream stage; gravity or coalescence separates free phases; progressively finer filtration controls suspended material.
Optional oxidation, aeration, or deodorization is considered only after fluid-compatibility testing.
04 / Process
Draw fluid and residues from the machine sump or collection tank while controlling large debris and the suction interface.
Use baskets, screens, settling, or staged filter elements selected for the particle-size distribution and solids load.
Apply gravity, skimming, or coalescence where density difference and emulsion stability allow free oil or water separation.
Use project-selected fine filtration and return the treated fluid only after concentration, cleanliness, and compatibility checks.
05 / Equipment
Suction hose, pump, debris protection, and optional high-pressure sump-cleaning interface.
Reusable baskets, screens, bags, cartridges, or other media selected for the duty.
Settling volume, skimming or coalescing elements, and controlled separated-phase discharge.
Clean-fluid compartment, pump, pressure indication, controls, alarms, and connections to the production routine.
06 / Project Value
A mobile configuration can support sump cleaning and fluid conditioning around production schedules.
Filter stages and oil-separation methods can be matched to particle size, fluid stability, and reuse objective.
Separated chips and sludge can be collected in a form better suited to the site’s approved handling route.
Reuse is recommended only where testing confirms that fluid performance and process quality remain acceptable.
