03 / How the solution works

How the solution works

The treatment train uses physical differences and staged barriers to separate chips, fines, settled solids, free oil, and selected contaminants from a reusable process fluid.

Suction and coarse separation protect the downstream stage; gravity or coalescence separates free phases; progressively finer filtration controls suspended material.

Optional oxidation, aeration, or deodorization is considered only after fluid-compatibility testing.

04 / Process

Typical process configuration

01

Collect & condition

Draw fluid and residues from the machine sump or collection tank while controlling large debris and the suction interface.

02

Remove chips & solids

Use baskets, screens, settling, or staged filter elements selected for the particle-size distribution and solids load.

03

Separate free phases

Apply gravity, skimming, or coalescence where density difference and emulsion stability allow free oil or water separation.

04

Polish & return

Use project-selected fine filtration and return the treated fluid only after concentration, cleanliness, and compatibility checks.

05 / Equipment

Equipment & supply scope

Mobile or fixed intake

Suction hose, pump, debris protection, and optional high-pressure sump-cleaning interface.

Staged solid separation

Reusable baskets, screens, bags, cartridges, or other media selected for the duty.

Oil–water separation

Settling volume, skimming or coalescing elements, and controlled separated-phase discharge.

Return & automation

Clean-fluid compartment, pump, pressure indication, controls, alarms, and connections to the production routine.

06 / Project Value

Engineering advantages

Less disruptive cleaning

A mobile configuration can support sump cleaning and fluid conditioning around production schedules.

Configurable separation

Filter stages and oil-separation methods can be matched to particle size, fluid stability, and reuse objective.

Concentrated residue handling

Separated chips and sludge can be collected in a form better suited to the site’s approved handling route.

Reuse considered responsibly

Reuse is recommended only where testing confirms that fluid performance and process quality remain acceptable.

Equipment configuration

Cutting-Fluid Purification & Recovery

Treatment equipment and automatic control for cutting-fluid purification, recovery, and reuse in metalworking workshops, supporting a more coordinated fluid-management routine.

  • Purification, recovery, and return interfaces configured for workshop conditions.
  • Disinfection stages can be incorporated after checking compatibility with the original fluid.
  • Automatic control paired with fluid-condition checks against production requirements for reuse.

07 / Project Data

Information we need from you

  • Fluid type, supplier specification, concentration, and emulsion condition
  • Temperature, viscosity, batch volume, circulation pattern, and production schedule
  • Particle-size distribution, solids loading, and free-oil content
  • Required cleanliness and any surface-finish or downstream quality constraint
  • Available floor space, power, drainage, lifting, and approved residue route

08 / Operations

Operation & maintenance

  • Monitor suction condition, flow, pressure, and filter differential pressure.
  • Empty baskets and change or clean filter media according to observed loading.
  • Drain separated phases into the site-approved collection system.
  • Check fluid concentration, pH, odor, appearance, and production performance before return.
  • Confirm chemical and elastomer compatibility before any oxidative or disinfecting step.
